📋 Rules & Regulations

General Rules

Well behaved dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times. No bait boats, drones, or non-fishing guests are permitted.

Conduct

Respect all staff and fellow anglers. No loud music or excessive noise. All litter must be taken home. Rods must not be left unattended.

Fish Care

Only use the fishery-provided nets, mats, and slings; do not bring your own. A carp care kit (e.g., Propolis) is mandatory. Fish over 30lb must not be lifted from the water for photography. No keepnets or retention slings are permitted.

Tackle & Rigs

Micro-barbed hooks only. Minimum 15lb mainline; no braided mainline. No leadcore or leaders of any kind are allowed. Rigs must be safe and able to drop the lead. No 360 rigs.

Compliance

All anglers must have a valid Environment Agency rod license. Bailiffs will be conducting rig checks. Anyone found breaking the rules will be asked to leave without a refund.

Bait Rules

No nuts of any kind are permitted. All plastic hookbaits must be biodegradable.

Vehicle Rules

A strict 5mph speed limit is in place across the site. All vehicles must be parked in the designated car parks.
